This is a space-saving variety that yields prolifically. Ealr Prolific can be steamed, stuffed, baked, or used fresh from the garden in salads. The yellow fruits have the best flavor when 4" to 7" in size. The deliciousl flesh contains cancer-fighting beta carotene.
Garden tip: Harvest when skins cannot be pierced by a fingernail.
