An open, upright shrub smothered in frothy double pink flowers in early spring, reduces to the background the rest of the year, so use in conjunction with other plants for best effect; needs full sun and well-drained soil, most effective in mass plantings.
Double Pink Flowering Almond will grow to be about 5 feet tall at maturity, with a spread of 4 feet. It grows at a medium rate, and should only be grown in full sunlight.
